Patients were evaluated by a single clinical evaluation center. Patients with pain and/or tenderness was evaluated by a pain/tenderness assessment panel and a physical examination. Patients with other conditions were excluded. The patient information sheet included a detailed medical history, physical examination, laboratory testing, and physical examination and osteoarthritis assessment panel.
